AD Fitness supports the efforts of our local, state and federal leaders who have implored us to do our part amid this pandemic by staying at home. While staying at home may help us evade this virus, this is generally not a top recommendation for avoiding a sedentary lifestyle, which must also be avoided due to the many serious health risks and chronic diseases caused by insufficient movement. So what is the answer? AD Fitness Online!

AD now offers personal training and coaching ONLINE.

Safely, enjoy all the same benefits of in-person training in the comfort of your own home.

Benefits of Online Interactive Training (O.I.T.)

Accountability, knowing someone actually cares about your progress and is watching you while you train. Giving you instructions and correcting your form as you move. Most people find it hard to motivate themselves to exercise even though we all know how important it is.

Lack of activity (sedentary lifestyle) increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, depression, and anxiety.

We provide a structured tailor-made program created exclusively for you. The training sessions occur when you are available so it’s convenient. If you are not available you can reschedule.

YouTube vs. Online Interactive Training (O.I.T.)

In contrast to OIT, YouTube videos are usually generic, ``one size fits all,`` created for the masses with the goal of getting as many ``likes`` as possible.

OIT is individualized/customized precisely because each client is unique, varying skill level, muscle imbalances, degree of flexibility. Ignoring these important factors is a recipe for injury at a time when visiting the doctor is unfortunately not so easy.

OIT evolves as you evolve. As your fitness, balance, endurance improves, your program evolves to support continued growth.

YouTube is a great resource that I use myself from time to time, but an exercise video simply cannot compare to human interaction and targets intervention both of which are absolutely required for true progress of this kind.
