What is CIRCUIT TRAINING?

SHORT CIRCUIT TRAINING (2-5 students 45 min)

Short Circuit training is a revolutionary fitness program used by athletes to lose weight and tone up during the off season. Professional athletic coaches use circuit training during the off season to get athletes in shape for the upcoming season.

The program consists of multiple work stations and each station focuses on a specific body part. By using high intensity aerobic and anaerobic movements the participants can lose body fat, improve overall body strength, build muscle and improve their cardiovascular capacity. Not only is it short but it is very efficient and produces results quickly.

STRETCH-EXERCISE (2-5 students 45 min)

Going up and down the stairs...

Standing up from a seated position, or

Taking your shoes off or putting them on...

Then you need to improve your flexibility and Stretch-exercise is the program for you!

A reduction in the range of motion that occurs as we age.

What is STRETCH-EXERCISE? (2-5ppl 45min)

Stretch-exercise is a fitness program that focuses on improving your flexibility and increasing your range-of-motion.

This fitness program incorporates Dynamic Flexibility (stretch is achieved while moving through a range-of-motion) as well as Static Flexibility (holding a stretch without movement) to increase your mobility and increase your flexibility.
